About Nick Mattar
My two first loves in life were:
1.) basketball
2.) the University of Michigan
Thus, it makes sense that when the opportunity came to merge those two together, I jumped on it. Enter the Maize Rage, a student support group for the University of Michigan basketball team. We are those rowdy kids in maize shirts at every game, jumping up and down every time down the court. We bleed the maize and blue, and John Beilein is the closest thing to a savior as we have ever seen.
Having been a blogger for the better part of seven years, I know a little bit about this thing we call a “weblog”. Using sites such as Xanga and Blogspot, I have experience with a lot of different types of blogs. But this is the one that should get the most traffic. Every Michigan basketball game leaves me with a ton of thoughts and things to say, but it was not until now that I decided to take action and start my own blog. For this next season (and hopefully some seasons after that), I will be putting in my thoughts on every game, every event, and everything that has to do with the Maize Rage.
